Workplace tool / Reporting workflow
Programmatic team reporting
A shared dashboard for a 30-person programmatic team. A separate workplace Campaign Wrap-up uses the same reporting data for post-campaign follow-up.
The problem
Campaign specialists need to see how their clients' campaigns are delivering and where to investigate. That means bringing reporting data into a view they can filter by client, then explore by publisher, deal, site and geography.
My contribution
I researched the reporting flow, contacted The Trade Desk, set up the reports and coordinated cloud access with the relevant people in the group. I defined the dashboard's reporting needs and developed a separate Campaign Wrap-up at WPP. I continue to review and improve the tools with AI coding support.
Two workplace tools, one reporting foundation
The workplace tools share reporting data and serve different tasks. The personal demo uses synthetic data in a separate implementation.

Implementation choices
Arrange the data flow
I connected scheduled TTD exports delivered through its S3 storage with GCP processing, BigQuery and Looker Studio. Report structure and access coordination were part of the work, alongside the dashboard interface.
Start with the specialist's client
Colleagues can filter the dashboard by client to review pacing, campaign KPIs and margins. They can then inspect buying patterns across publishers, deals and sites instead of beginning each investigation with separate reports.
Keep useful detail available
Graphs and geographic views, including postcode data, support closer investigation when an overall figure needs explaining. I revise the reporting views as the team's needs become clearer.
Use shared data for different tasks
The workplace dashboard and Campaign Wrap-up use the same reporting data. The dashboard supports delivery monitoring; the separate Wrap-up supports post-campaign follow-up. I keep that workplace implementation separate from the personal synthetic-data demo.
Result
The dashboard gives colleagues a shared place to inspect client delivery and buying data. The separate workplace Wrap-up applies the reporting data to campaign follow-up and is further developed than my personal demo.
Availability and scope
These are private workplace projects. This page shares their purpose and my contribution; the interfaces, client data and source remain private. The personal demo has its own implementation, features and limits.
